1. DISABLE START-UP APPLICATIONS:
Main reason for the slow speed of window is the start-up apps. our first tip is to disable all unimportant apps and processes.
To disable the start-up applications, you have to open the task manager, so there are two options cum shortcuts:
  • CTRL+SHIFT+ESC 
  • click on the task bar then right click and go to task manager. 


In the task manager go to the start up tab and you have the list of all the application,disable all the unnecessary applications,after this you will feel the speed variation in the windows start-up time.

2.UNINSTALL NOT NEEDED APPLICATION:
It is a simple,general but most effective action to enhance the speed of your machine.as we all know that lesser the amount of applications will lead to the minimum boot time .so ,uninstall the all apps those are not in use.for that you have to open the control panel then programs followed by uninstall programs after that you have the list of all the application those are on the computer,just right click and uninstall the apps those are not in use.


3.DISK CLEAN UP:
even after uninstalling the applications from the system there are still files of that particular application is exist,the disk clean up will help to remove those file along with the unwanted files.for the disk clean up you have follow below steps
  • open this PC icon from the desktop 
  • go to c drive then right click 
  • click on properties 
  • click on the disk cleanup tab near the drive c capacity icon  
4.DELETE ALL TEMPORARY FILES:
Alternatively referred to as a foo file, a temporary file or temp file is a file created to hold information temporarily while a file is being created. After the program has been closed, the temporary file should be deleted. Temporary files are used to help recover lost data if the program or computer is abnormally halted.
Microsoft Windows and Windows programs often create a .TMP file as a temporary file. However, the Windows temporary folder can contain any file, not just .tmp files.

          

No doubt the window computer's speed is enhancing day by day because of the user interface or better hardware, software. but still if compare it with the apple mac book (mac OS high sierra), the window holding the title of turtle.these steps will help you to reduce the boot up time along with the enhancement of speed.
